Bawdi kodaung (Kyaik Hto)

It takes 10 minutes drive from the Sane Let Tin Resort. 

to the Bawdi Kodaung Monastery, Roots of the big Banyan Tree are coiling in the right turn. Due to the Abbot's power and glory, small banyan plants are growing at the foot of the big tree in raining season. The well-grown young plants are being transplanted along the main entrance to the monastery.

Golden Temple

It takes 5 minutes walk to the Golden Temple, aged over 150 years.Over 100 years old large boxes or cupboards.Over 200 years old circular tray with a stem made of stone.Over 100 years old ancient stone-table and chair.Over 60 years old ancient lanterns. Over 60 years old ancient lanterns folded paper, circular trays ( with a stem) made with stone, throne, lanterns, a set of stone-table and chairs are still maintained.

Kyaik Pawlaw

It takes 10 minutes drive from the Sane Let Tin Resort Hotel to the statue of Kyaik Pawlaw Hme Shin in Kyaik Hto town.

At the backyard of the statue of Kyaik Pawlaw Hme Shin, there is another unfinished pagoda which is still cannot be completely built by other donors after the death of the first donor.

Thin Baw Oo

It takes 20 minutes drive from the Sane Let Tin Hotel to the Thin Baw Oo Kyaung Daw Gyi (the temple like a shape of ship-head) which was destroyed during the Japanese occupation. The Buddhist statue of Naung Taw lay (the younger brother) with the height of 40 feet. The Buddhist statue of Naung Taw Gyi (the elder brother) with the height of 40 feet. The Thin Baw Oo Kyaung Daw Gyi ( the temple which has the shape of ship-head) destroyed by bomb. The roots of banyan tree are unbelievably growing in the interior of the temple.

Kaut Gon Cave ( Pha-an)

It takes 3 hours drive for 76 miles from the Sane Let Tin Hotel to Pha-an town.The Kaut Gon Cave is situated near the Kaut Gon village, Pha-an township, Kayin State. It is part of the natural limestone mountain of Kaut Gon. Within the area of Thanlwin and Dothami, there are several limestone caves namely Min Lwin Cave, Win Hsone Cave, Bayin Nyi Naung Cave, Pha Kut Cave, Kaut Gon Cave and Yathae Pyan Cave. The Kaut Gon Cave is the most famous one for its numerous Buddha statues and ancient cultural heritages.

Kyaik Htee Saung

It takes one hour drive for 30 miles from the Sane Let Tin Hotel to the Kyaik Htee Hsaung Pagoda. In Tharthanar Era (111), the Gautama Buddha arrived at the Kalartha Mountain, Thuwunna Bonmi and preached hermits and monks and then gave them pieces of hair. The two ogre brothers namely Deiwa Kondala and Namani Kondala also received one piece of hair. In Thatthanar Era 113, the two brothers built a pagoda in which the hair of the Buddha was enclosed. The stone hill where the pagoda was built is known as Mya Oo Taung.

Sittaung

Sceneries can be watched while riding motor-boat which can be hired 15000 kyat per hour.( The fees will be subject to change.). The Sane Let Tin Hotel can make arrangement for hiring motor-boats for check-in guests only. While riding pony cart on the Sittaung bridge, pagodas around the Sittaung River can be watched. A pony cart can load 6 passengers with the fees of 2000 kyat. (The fees will be subject to change.) Japan Memorial: The memorial place marked by the rest family members for Japanese soldiers who were fallen in the Sittaung River.

Kyaik Ka Lon Pon

It takes 20 minutes drive from the Sane Let Tin Hotel to the Kyaik ka Lun Pon Pagoda near the Sittaung village.
